- Peter Zuck is the owner/operator of pyroex.ca and is also in his free time the creator and webmaster for this website. This website was started as a result of repeatedly hearing We would have had fireworks if we could have found someone. Some operators think it gives access to their competition. I believe that a lot of the more established companies have all they can handle on the 'high holidays' for fireworks and a lot of the time potential clients are searching for another available contractor.
Also I'm a believer in a free, open and informed market-place where the cream naturally rises. This website is absolutely FREE to any entity who is a fireworks or special effects operator and any related business that is a supplier. This includes domestic as well as international suppliers who will sell/ship into Canada.
This website is currently recieving a few thousand hits a day and with this traffic the server fees are always increasing, so if any of you companies score a good show as a result of this site, it isn't necessary, but a donation to the cause would be, if nothing else, good kharma and well appreciated.
